Our fresh Pasta di Sirmione - Gluten Free Recipe is a tasty and healthy alternative to traditional fresh pasta.

This recipe is chosen by people who are intolerant to gluten or follow a gluten-free diet for health reasons or personal preference.

We prepare our pasta with a selected mix of corn flour, rice, quinoa and amaranth. As well as of course premium italian eggs, marine salt and local water.

Our fresh Pasta di Sirmione - Gluten Free Recipe has a rustic flavor and a slightly firmer texture than traditional pasta.

Thanks to the combination of corn, rice, amaranth and quinoa flours, it is rich in nutrients such as fibres, proteins and minerals.

All stages of preparation are personally supervised by our Master Pasta Makers in Sirmione, the pearl of Lake Garda.
