Our fresh Pasta di Sirmione - Classic Recipe is prepared with 100% Italian stone-ground flour, premium italian eggs, marine salt and local water.

Its consistency is different from classic dried pasta, as our fresh pasta is rich in water and has a softer and more tender consistency.

All stages of preparation are personally supervised by our Master Pasta Makers in Sirmione, the pearl of Lake Garda.
